Northern Colorado 9/11 Memorial & Stair Climb

Save the date: NoCo 9-11 Stair Climb You're invited to climb the equivalent of the 110 stories of the world trade center in honor of the first responders who lost their lives on 9-11. September 11, 2024 Canvas Stadium 4:30 - 8 p.m.

In honor the first responders who aided the response to the terrorist attacks on Sept. 11, 2001, Poudre Fire Authority and Colorado State University will host the Northern Colorado 9/11 Memorial and Stair Climb at Canvas Stadium on Sept. 11, 2025. The opening ceremony will take place at 4:45 p.m. and the stair climb will commence at 5 p.m.

Participants are invited to climb the equivalent to the 110 stories of the World Trade Center in remembrance of the 403 first responders who lost their lives on 9/11. The event is free and open to the public. Current first responders are welcome to bring rucks and gear.

Registration is not required.

  • Seating will be available for spectators.
  • Refreshments will be available.
  • Clear bag policy will be in effect.
