Red Folder: CSU Employee 911 Guide
The Red Folder is a physical file folder that all employees receive in the mail, or through new employee orientation. The folder is designed to be a resource to employees when they need information about emergencies on campus. It is pre-stuffed with helpful information, and we encourage you to fill it with information you may need about your department or unit, and to keep it handy in your workspace.
Below are links to documents in the folder and a PDF of the folder:
- Red Folder
- Bomb threat checklist
- Additional resources including suicide prevention training
- Notification regarding who is required to report Title IX violations
- Reframe: information from the Women and Gender Advocacy Center regarding sexual assault
*Please note: all new employees receive a Red Folder, its contents, and additional training about resources during new employee orientation. Due to the limited quantity of the folder and cost to print it, unit or department requests for folders for new employees are generally not granted, to prevent duplicative distribution. Updated Red Folders are mailed to all employees, generally every two years to two and a half years.
