Clark C building closed for Summer 2026

Effective Monday, May 25: The Clark C Building will be closed until Aug. 21 with the exception of the College of Liberal Arts Dean’s Office, which will remain operational during this time.

For assistance, please contact the Dean’s office at 970-491-5421.

No access will be permitted to anyone when the building is closed. The building is closed for the summer with the exception of the Dean’s Office which includes the C138 suite, C125, and the two bathrooms CN172B and C147. Only staff from the Dean’s Office will occupy the space, and all doors will remain locked and closed.

Closure Timeline


Fall Break 2025 

  • When: Nov. 22-30.  
  • Status: Full building closure. 
  • Access: No access permitted. 

Winter Break 2025/26 

  • When: Dec. 22–Jan. 20. 
  • Status: Abatement work in select areas. 
  • Access: No access to affected sections. 
  • Note: Detailed area announcements will be shared in advance. 

Spring Break 2026 

  • When: March 14-22. 
  • Status: Additional abatement work. 
  • Access: No access to affected sections. 
  • Note: Details to be provided in advance. 

Summer 2026 

  • When: May 25–Aug. 21
  • Status: Full building closure with exception of CLA Dean’s Office.
  • Access: No access permitted. Contact CLA Dean’s Office for access to this space.
