Notice and Respond (suicide prevention training)

*While these workshops are geared toward suicide prevention among student populations, the general principals do apply to anyone in distress and trainings are provided in support of all members of the CSU community.

Notice and Respond: Assisting Students in Distress workshops are 60-90 minute in-person trainings designed help you learn how to recognize and respond to a range of mental health issues including suicide ideation.

Participants explore common concerns that may present barriers to taking action and helping the individual in distress, and learn why a proactive response is vitally important.
